“Tingalayo” is the 21th of 40 Mexican children's song arranged for Elementary Mariachi Orff Ensemble. It is a Kodaly Level II song in F Major, in 4/4, using drmfsltd’, quarter, dotted quarter, half, eighth and whole notes, and I, IV, & V7 harmony. The Elementary Orff Ensemble is made up of children's voices, soprano recorder, soprano and alto glockenspiel, soprano, alto and bass xylophones and metallophones, guitar, ukulele, bongos, conga, maracas, guiro, claves, and cowbell.
